New Growth Selected to Present on Statewide Workforce Ecosystems at NCWE 2026 Conference

The New Growth Team has been selected to present at the 2026 National Council for Workforce Education (NCWE) Annual Conference. In partnership with the Ohio Association of Community Colleges (OACC) and the Ohio Manufacturers' Association (OMA), New Growth will lead a session on designing statewide workforce ecosystems that connect education, industry, workforce development, and economic development partners. The presentation will highlight proven strategies for employer engagement, talent pipeline development, data-driven decision-making, and cross-sector collaboration that deliver measurable outcomes for learners, employers, and communities.
