Nikki Glazer Stoicoiu

Nikki joined New Growth in 2015 and currently serves as the Director of Evaluation & Analytics. In her role, she often assists clients with program evaluation needs, from formative to summative, both qualitative and quantitative. She has conducted evaluations for the US Department of Labor, US Department of Education, and National Science Foundation, among others. Beyond evaluations, Nikki works on data-focused projects involving labor market assessment, spatial analysis, survey development, and statistical analysis. She enjoys being able to apply data-driven strategies to evaluate and improve workforce programming.

Prior to joining the team, she was a Graduate Research Assistant at Cleveland State University’s Center for Economic Development, where she also earned her Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, Design, and Development, with a certificate in Geographic Information Systems. When she is not working, she attempts to convince her son that there is more to music than “Wheels on the Bus”.
