New Growth Selected to Present on Statewide Workforce Ecosystems at NCWE 2026 Conference

The New Growth Team has been selected to present at the 2026 National Council for Workforce Education (NCWE) Annual Conference, one of the nation’s leading gatherings focused on workforce and community college education.

Our session, “Beyond Collaboration: Designing Statewide Workforce Ecosystems That Deliver Measurable Results,” was chosen through a competitive proposal process and will be presented in partnership with the Ohio Association of Community Colleges (OACC) and the Ohio Manufacturers’ Association (OMA).

The session will explore how community colleges, industry associations, and workforce and economic development organizations can work together to build stronger workforce ecosystems, align education and training with employer needs, and create measurable outcomes for learners, employers, and communities. Drawing on Ohio-based partnerships and initiatives, panelists will share practical strategies for fostering collaboration, engaging employers, and using data to drive continuous improvement.

The conference will take place October 20–22, 2026, in Palm Springs, California, and will bring together workforce, education, industry, and policy leaders from across the country.

We are honored to share this work alongside our partners at OACC and OMA and contribute to the national conversation on workforce innovation and collaboration.
