Following award, New Growth supports federal agency negotiations, scope of work and budget modifications, procurement and contracting, grant fiscal administration, reporting, and other compliance-related tasks.
For clients that want a longer-standing relationship with regular collaboration, retainers allow us to become more integrated with a client’s team over a longer period of time. Retainer structures can be customized to be cost effective for clients that want support for opportunity identification, concept ideation, and multiple applications.
New Growth works with clients to build internal capacity to pursue and manage grants on their own. Client engagements have included strategic planning and staff training around grant lifecycle systems, processes, and tools.
