Behind every successful grant is a partnership built on trust, strategy, and shared goals. Since 2010, New Growth has helped organizations secure more than $600 million through 150+ competitive grant awards, building lasting relationships that help turn ambitious ideas into meaningful results.

New Growth’s Nikki Glazer Stoicoiu and Rikki Lee Pfeiffer-Carr joined MVMC to celebrate nine Warren G. Harding High School students in MFG Ready’s first cohort. New Growth will document the program’s approach and partnerships in an upcoming case study.

Strong workforce partnerships start with meaningful connections. New Growth’s Director of Grants, Sandra Prisco, attended the Pennsylvania Workforce Development Association’s Workforce Leadership Forum to exchange ideas, hear local perspectives, and connect with leaders helping shape workforce development across the Commonwealth.
