BRIDGE-AR Consortium Advances Healthcare Workforce Training Across Arkansas

Nikki Glazer Stoicoiu recently visited UA-PTC, NWACC, and SEARK as part of the U.S. Department of Labor’s BRIDGE-AR SCC4 initiative, inspired by Talayia Ja’Nelle Johnson’s dissertation research. Consortium colleges are expanding nursing, CNA, and EMT training through comprehensive supports and advanced simulation technology, including new pediatric manikins that enhance hands-on clinical learning.
