Robin King

As Director of Grant Services at New Growth, Robin works directly with clients to provide exceptional project development and grant writing services. She advises clients on grant strategies that align with current funding priorities and writes compelling proposals that accurately reflect the needs of the client. Robin is responsible for assessing grant readiness, forecasting grant opportunities, and working closely with clients to develop project concepts that align with the priorities of both the funder and the client. She collaborates with internal staff to prepare, package, and submit full proposals; upon award, she can assist with grant management and regulatory compliance for grant programs.

Since joining New Growth, Robin has helped to secure millions of dollars in grant funding for initiatives and organizations nationwide, including successful applications to the USDA, DOE, DOD, EDA, NSF, and the US Department of Treasury’s CDFI program. Robin brings over 12 years of experience in grant writing and development to the team. Robin is a member of the Great Lakes Virtual Chapter of the Grant Professional Association (GPA). She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
