Recognizing that workforce and talent development are necessary for regional economic growth and better opportunities for people, Chris founded New Growth in 2010. His goal was, and remains, to provide high quality services and workforce development expertise that help leaders throughout the U.S make a difference in their communities. A product of the industrial Midwest, Chris is grateful to work with so many people across America dedicated to making their communities better.
Prior to his workforce development career, Chris was a captain in the US Army 10th Mountain Division. He holds two master’s degrees from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service, and a bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University. Outside of work, Chris jogs to mitigate his cookie habit and gets way too stressed watching his daughter play volleyball.
